2. Privacy and Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

We take your privacy seriously. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/2018).

What data we collect

• Contact Form — name, email address, and the message content you voluntarily submit.
• Digital Analysis — your website URL or business name, and email address.
• Analytics — anonymized page visit data (Google Analytics 4, loaded only with your consent).
• WhatsApp and Voice Agent — your phone number or username, message contents, and voice recordings or transcripts if you voluntarily use these channels.

Purpose and Legal Basis

The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare service proposals (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual steps). Analytical cookies are processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Where Data is Stored

The data is stored in a Supabase database located in the EU region (Frankfurt, Germany). For new inquiry notifications, we may use Resend to send transactional emails. If WhatsApp or a voice agent is enabled, messages and conversations may be technically processed by Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Vapi, or other contracted chat/voice providers. Data is never sold to third parties.

Retention Period

We keep your inquiry data for 24 months from the date of the inquiry, after which it is permanently deleted unless a resulting business relationship requires longer retention (accounting regulations).

3. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses a minimal set of technologies to store preferences and understand traffic:

• cookie-consent — a first-party record in the browser's localStorage that records your selection (accept / decline). It is not shared with anyone.
• Google Analytics 4 — loaded only after you accept cookies. IP addresses are anonymized. It is used to understand general traffic volume, not to identify individuals.
• Voice Agent Consent — if the voice widget is active, the browser may store your consent to process voice input.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or choosing "Decline" if the banner appears again.

The content of hojskidesign.hr is informative and serves to present the services of HOJSKI DESIGN. All texts, illustrations, and logos are protected by the copyrights of their respective owners.

Prices, slots, and service descriptions are subject to change. A final binding proposal is always issued in writing after initial consultation. Described scopes of work and flat-rate estimates do not represent a binding contract until mutually confirmed.

The website occasionally links to external services (Cal.com, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, Vapi, or other voice/booking providers). Those providers are solely responsible for their own contents and privacy practices.

HOJSKI DESIGN is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or inability to access it, within the bounds of liability established for flat-rate craft businesses under Croatian law.
